The Agency Division of ISB provides great support to the marine industry by acting as the eyes and hands of the vessel owners and operators, many of whom are already associated with ISB in several ways.

ISB continues to support the owners through the agency division, in the following areas:

• Port Clearance during berthing / unberthing
• Representation of Charterers or Owners protective interests
• Clearing and Forwarding of Ship Spares (import & Export)
• Supply of Bunkers and Fresh Water
• Medical assistance to ship personnel – Onshore / Offshore
• Organize Ship repairs & Dry-docking
